Description

В180 is a prepreg based on epoxy resin and reinforcing filler (unidirectional tapes or fabrics of various weaving) for producing details with operating temperatures up to 150°C. Out-of-autoclave prepreg technology has the most advantages of autoclave.

The autoclave is not required for processing the prepreg B180. Curing takes place in a vacuum bag, with the technology of the package laminating slightly different from the vacuum infusion.

Advantages:

  • Processing without autoclave;
  • High strength;
  • Very high impact- and cracking-resistance;
  • Low level of reject of finished products;
  • Low requirements for working personnel;
  • Glass-transition temperature is 154°C.
