ITEKMA LLC presents a new product for the production of master models from MDF and composite molding equipment – Sardonyx 399 pore filler .
Sardonyx 399 is a special one-component liquid composition designed to fill pores and create a glossy, smooth surface on MDF master models and composite moldings.
Sardonyx 399 filler does not require multiple layers. To achieve optimal surface smoothness, apply 2-3 layers of filler, allowing 5-10 minutes of drying time between layers at room temperature. After applying the filler, no additional sanding or polishing is required. A thin layer of Sardonyx 399 can be used at temperatures up to 300-350°C.
