Sardonyx 399 pore filler is a one-component liquid composition developed for filling pores on the surface of master models made of MDF or composite equipment.
Sardonyx 399 is a special single-component liquid compound designed to fill pores and create a glossy, smooth surface on MDF master models or composite molds. When used correctly, no sanding or polishing is required.

Directions for use
IMPORTANT! After transportation at sub-zero temperatures, keep at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Before application, thoroughly clean the surface of any dirt and dust. It is recommended to apply Sardonyx 399 in portions by wetting a lint-free cotton cloth with it and rubbing in with circular motions.
Drying time between coats is 10-15 minutes at temperatures from 15°C to 25°C and relative humidity no more than 75%. For optimal results, apply 2-3 coats.
Cured Sardonyx 399 can only be cleaned and removed from MDF or PCM surfaces mechanically. Subsequently, the coating can be used in a thin layer at temperatures up to 300-350°C.
Storage conditions
The filler is stored in an upright position with the lid facing up at a temperature not exceeding +40°C.
