SPK120N epoxy film adhesive is designed for bonding metal and non-metal surfaces, providing excellent properties at temperatures up to 120°C. The adhesive offers high strength, high elongation at break, and crack resistance. These properties make it particularly suitable for bonding metal parts to composites, due to this material's ability to redistribute shear loads arising at the interface between dissimilar materials.
Advantages
High strength and rigidity
Mass fraction of volatile substances no more than 1%
Fluidity (spreadability) no more than 350%
Suggested areas of application
Bonding of metal and non-metal parts, as well as honeycomb structures, operating at temperatures up to +120 °C.
Storage conditions
Viability at room temperature is 30 days.
The adhesive should be stored and transported horizontally in its packaging at temperatures no higher than minus 18°C. Transportation at temperatures above minus 18°C and no higher than plus 5°C is permitted and does not affect the shelf life, for no more than 10 days in total; and at temperatures above plus 5°C and no higher than plus 25°C for no more than 7 days in total.
The transportation of glue is carried out in a horizontal position by all types of covered transport in accordance with the rules for the transportation of goods in force for this type of transport.
The guaranteed shelf life in packaged form is 1 year from the date of manufacture at a temperature not exceeding minus 18 °C.
