PB250 bismaleimide syntactic paste is used in the manufacture of three-layer honeycomb structures to fill (reinforce) the honeycomb core cells in areas where structural elements are installed, ensuring the transfer of localized concentrated loads. PB250 paste can be cured in conjunction with ITEKMA LLC's bismaleimide materials and other materials resistant to temperatures up to 250°C.

Curing mode
Curing: Heat at a rate of (1-3)°C/min to (185±5)°C and hold for (240±30) min. Cool to a temperature of (50–60)°C at a rate of (0.5–5.0)°C/min. The molding pressure is selected depending on the type of honeycomb core.
Post-curing: heat at a rate of (1-3)°C/min to (180±5)°C and hold for (30±10) min. Then heat at a rate of (0.1–0.2)°C/min to (230±5)°C and hold for (360±10) min. Cool to a temperature of (50–60)°C at a rate of (0.5–5.0)°C/min.
Post-curing may be carried out immediately after the curing mode without intermediate cooling.
Storage conditions
The shelf life of PB250 paste at -18°C is 1 year from the date of manufacture. The pot life of PB250 paste at 18–25°C is 15 days (total processing time) + 15 days (total time in the tooling before molding after the expiration of the processing period).
